Creating beautiful homes is what his family is into, with his dad being an architect and mom an interior designer. Born and bred in the capital, this hazel eyed model completed his schooling from Modern School, Delhi. He finished his graduation and after shooting a portfolio in 2004, a year later Namit took up modelling as a part-time profession. Then after a gap for about a year he went to study Business Management in Kingston University, London. Gradually, things started working out and finally he signed up with international modelling agency Elite and in 2009, shifted to Mumbai. Stylekandy.com meets up with this 6 feet 2 inches tall, handsome, hunk. Best thing about being a model? Modelling is not a consistent career. Though this is a hectic profession, but there is a lot of time in hand, which allows you to indulge in many things. The best thing about being a model is that you get to travel a lot.
Your fitness regime…Gymming is definitely the word. I work out 5-6 days a week and try to eat healthy. I also go for dance classes and have a boxing bag at my home which helps me to relax and act as a stress buster. Choose- walking the ramp or posing for print ads. Ahhh…(with a pause) I think both have their own pros and cons. Ramp excites me enough but print shoots move ahead in the margin. Though in both the mediums, those few seconds when we grab the attention of the viewers excite me a lot, but the tedious pre-show processes are quite unorganized in case of ramp shows. Models are used as hangers. Agree or disagree? Hmmm…partially yes, but it is up to you, what you want to achieve and how you look at it. Choose-carrying the right look or the right looks? Definitely, the right attitude, if you do not have the right looks but possess the positive attitude, you’ll go a long way. It is all about the confidence level.
Designers you die for? Oh…it's a long list…starting with Cue by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna, Rohit Bal, Arjun Khannaand Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Though Sabya is not that much into menswear, I like his style and eye for different colours. Foreign models getting preferences in India. Comment I can not really oppose that. Indian designers and retailers should realize that they are catering to the Indian market. So I feel they should stick to the Indian faces. But, yes I do agree that foreign models have different body language and different frame of mind, but I feel preference should be given to the Indian models only. How do you handle the pressure and competition in this field? Frankly speaking, I do not bother about the pressure or competition. I follow my philosophy, i.e. if you think of competition in the beginning; you have already lost the battle. So always believe in yourself and be confident. Something that people do not know about you? In a shy manner) Some times I can not control my eating habits as I have a sweet tooth.

I like the idea of having a workshop about alternative health and beauty treatments. You could talk about the hemorroid cream. Other things like homemade masks and scrubs, skin brushing , olive oil pulling. I saw a man who is over 100 and lives on a raw diet and the only skin care he uses is olive oil rubbed into his skin. He looks around 60 years old and I didn't see any wrinkles. Just an idea….
she still looks like a man, you can so tell, look at the eyes. The voice is a dead give away aswell.
Each look here was right on the money. I just wish that these shows would stop addressing people not in their twenties or rail thin as impossible to dress or just unattractive. age has nothing to do with beauty or style.
Don't make me pull out an acrostic.
And it's S for sensible.

Higher education for the sons and daughters of immigrant slaves should be denied any chance at higher education. I am a Republican and I approve this message.
