      To get a lot more views find a video similar to your with lots of views then title your title as theirs adding in another word or too like watch now or how to. then click on the more tab of their video and add the same keyword tabs to yours.What will now happen is when someone watches their video yours will come up next as most relevant.     • ANSWER:
      Start with your moisterizer, always even if you don't wear make up that day.
      Use a kabui brush to apply your powder. It will give you good coverage but it won't look like you have anything on because it gives a airbrushed finish. (Make sure the color of your powder matches your skin as best as possible. This will help keep things looking natural)
      Then go ahead with your blush. I would get it light, maybe even more of a brown so it contours your face rather than add color cause majority of people don't have rosey cheek naturally like a blush.
      For eyeshadows keep it simple for every day. All eye colors look good with browns so maybe purchase a good trio or even quad that way you have a few 'options'. You could do one color or the traditional three color eye (lightest color under brown bone, medium color on lid and darkest color in crease)
      I would skip the liner - if you really want it then do something besides black, especially if you do a brown eye.
      Mascara just depends on what you want it to do. Some ladies want length other volumes so find one that works for you.

      It's done in the editing

      You can use a program as basic as Windows Movie Maker and import your intial full video and then use the clip splitter to split the video into different parts, cutting sections out; You then place the parts you want to keep in the timelines before and Publish as one movie and it will be choppy and skip from part to part without the transitions since they were cut out with the splitter.

      i wouldnt say it would be too easy to make make up from scratch but there are a few things you can do

      for example

      mix loose or different coloured glitters with a boring black or brown eyeliner to make a colourful party liner.

      mash up berrys or fruits finely and add clear gloss, drop of your favourite lip/cheek tint. This will smell and look good also can expeirment with different fruits and colours.

      for eyeshadows you could try pressing your own these vids are shown on youtube but u could also mix colours together also.

    every time i see a video they say just tap any excess and apply.....blah blah blah. how do u do that?

      Hi So tapping off excess means when you get some pigment on your brush they is a thing called excess which means extra pigment that could be on your eye lids. So when you have a pigment (Example: eyeshadow.) Just tap it on the side of your hand, side of the eyeshadow or anything else. Your will see some shadow will fall off. All that excess would of went on your lids making them look cakey and horrible.(You have to do this with eyehsadow, blush and other pigments!) - Chloe =)

    Most of the makeup i buy already comes with an applicator. Can't i still get a decent look using the applicators? How much does the applicator i use affect my makeup dramatically?       i mean for everyday use it's fine not to use every single brush such as a lip brush, contour brush, foundation brush, eyeliner brush etc.

      i think a blush brush, and a blending brush[to blend eyeshadow] are the most important in my opinion!

      if you don't wear eyeshadow that much then don't bother with the blending brush

      its the same process to delete friends. go to your channel, find how many subscribers u have and click on the number of subs u have (i hope u know what i mean) then all ur subscribers should be visible. Highlight the person u wanna remove with ur mouse and there should be a button appearing over it saying "remove"

    How are you supposed to clean sensitive makeup brushes?
    I saw a video showing how you should clean your makeup brushes, (this girl used just a little shampoo, then air dry on a towel).
    Anyway, I did this with all my makeup brushes and they all came out fine except my 3 bare escentualsbare mineral brushes, an eyeshadow, blush, and face brush. They became frayed and the hairs were sticking out sideways and ratty looking. Is there a different way I should wash more expensivesensitive brushes?

      usually the best way to clean brushes no matter if they are sensitive or not is to use johnson & johnson baby shampoo. put a little bit on the top of your hand and swirl the brush around in it for a few seconds and then rinse it off with water but gently and then put it in a brush guard and place the brush part facing down so the water doesn't get into the base of the brush and ruin the brush. i hope this helps

      The Best Way I Would Think to achieve this look is to do somewhat of a brown shimmery smokey eye. I Would start first by doing your foundation and your normal make-up routine. Add a grayish brown shadow to your lid. Add A Bronze color in the crease and a dark brown color on the outer V of your eye. Take a gold shimmery color and brush is all over your eye and blend. Curl your lashes. Apply Mascara. Blush. Lip Stick/Gloss. Hope this helped! Good Luck! (:

      1) I've found, for me, that there are two alternatives to pulling the part under my eye down to apply liner on the waterline:
      - You can use turn your finger sideways and lightly press so that your waterline is sort of 'bulging' (for lack of a better word) out and then apply. The only thing with this way is that you have less of a firm surface to draw your line on so it's suited for a more pigmented liner where you don't need a heavy hand.
      - You can also pull lower to expose the waterline if that makes sense. Pull down lightly on your upper cheek area instead of your under eye area. The skin under your eye is softer and more prone to wrinkles than your cheek area, so this way you can reduce the risk of fine lines under your eyes (which is a bich for concealer).

      2) Not many people line their top waterline for exactly the reason that it's hard to reach. It took me a while to find a method that worked for me.
      What I do is pull my upper eyelid out so that it's not so close to my eyeball (I've poked myself a lot haha) and using a sharpened pencil with a round - not needle sharp - tip, I point my pencil at horizontally level to my waterline. Don't go in at an angle because you are more likely to poke your eye. Then I lightly rub onto the flat end of my pencil on the line (hopefully you get the image).
      After you find a way that works for you, all you can really do is practice! Keep a sharpener at hand and if you wear contacts, I'd recommend taking them out before you attempt to line your upper waterline haha.

      for her complexion, a light foundation with powder over should give you similar results
      for eyes, youtube wasn't too clear but i'd say its a bronzey gold shadow with a deeper brown when nearing the outer corners. pewter eyeliner, if you can't find it then use a shadow to line or use a brown eyeliner. then black mascara.
      for cheeks, it was a peach tint, just lightly in circles like any other blush.
      can't remember how her lips were done, but a light pink or nude tinted gloss would look nice

      You don't have to have a lot of makeup! And a lot of people love when gurus use drugstore! Because it's easy to find and easier to afford! Of course you can get high end, I myself have a couple of high end products, but some drugstore items are WAAAAAAAAAAAY better than high end(: I think you should make a makeup channel, and post the link so I can subscribe! OH and if you are trying to pick which high end brand you want...pick MAC(:

      Darkest shadow in the crease of the eye, medium shadow on the edge and just above where the crease is, and lightest shadow from the inside to the middle. But, place them from lightest to darkest (apply lightest first, then medium, then darkest). And the colors used in the picture are: white, gray, and dark gray/black. Also, liquid eyeliner is used from the inside edge of the eye (thin) to the other edge, where it is curved out to mimic the curve of the lashes. Lengthening mascara was used. She might be wearing false lashes, but I doubt it.

      My routine is pretty simple. I always apply foundation/concealer, (depending on how my skin is behaving), then a blush. I go over my entire face with a clear, light powder to set the makeup, and I make sure to swab some powder across my eyelids.

      Next, I use Benefit's Creaseless Creme Shadow/Liner across my entire lid. It's technically an eye shadow, but I was convinced by the Benefit saleswoman to try it as an eyeshadow base and it works SO well!! I bought it in "Birthday Suit" which is kind of silvery, very natural and VERY pretty.       Next, I use a liner brush to dab into a container of black eyeshadow. I use Bare Escentuals: Bare Minerals Powder Liner in Soft Black. It's a great color and stays on forever. I made the mistake of getting Soft Black instead of Onyx, so it's not as dark as I wanted it to be, but it's a great every-day black. I dab the powder into the corners of my eyes and create a really smokey-eyed look. If I'm running late, I'll also run the powder along my lashlines to double as an eyeliner. Best I've ever spent!!

      Next, I apply shimmery white powder to the inner corners of my eyes and across my brow bone. This adds a hint of shimmer and pulls the entire look together. I'm using LORAC white powder shimmer at the moment, but any white powder will do.

      I then curl my lashes with a basic store-brand curler and apply mascara. I'm currently using Sephora brand mascara which was pretty cheap and works SO well!! I've never been too picky about mascara, so I appreciate the low price and great color. It's an awesome every-day mascara.

      I would suggest trying liquid eyeliner for the cat-eye look. My favorite is Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Liquid Liner with the felt-tip applicator.       For awesome eyeshadow application, make sure that you have a good eyeshadow primer, nice black shadow and a shimmery white. It's all about highlighting and shadowing.

    Just for an experiment, write anything on a piece of paper in any language and take it in front of the mirror. What do you see? Yes, you found that the writing appears reverse. This is what exactly happens with your image in the mirror. Your right becomes your left and vice versa. Thus, if you have your nose slightly tilted towards the left, your mirror image will show it to be towards your right. Surprisingly, you will always find your mirror image better than your photographs. But, ask anyone around and they will tell you that you look better in the photograph than in your mirror image. Why is it so that despite the fact, that our photographs are showing us our real image, we still like our mirror image more appealing and better? I think it has more to do with being used to an image. Since we cannot see ourselves, we have grown up looking at the mirror and the world has always seen more of our real image than our mirror image. I think that is what creates the difference. So next time when you look into the mirror, remember “THIS IS NOT HOW YOU LOOK”. If you want to see how you really look, ask someone to take a video of you and there you get to see your real image.       Splice is quite good for making video's as it's easy to use and free! Try making a few videos first, and just watching them yourself, checking out the lighting, how easily they can see you, and how you sound, then you can change it up until you like the way it looks then go for it! you won't be a guru immediately but if you answer people requests and just tell them what YOU do, you'll get there!     I saw a video on youtube where she used extra virgin olive oil and then baby shampoo. I do have some MAC brush cleaner. But the olive oil seemed to get the makeup off FAST. What is the best method?

      I clean my make-up brushes once a week.
      How I clean:
      I dip all my brushes into baby oil to break up the product, I then remove the from the oil making sure that the oil has covered all areas of the bristles, I then apply shampoo to the bristles before adding water, then I add the water making sure that the shampoo works into a lather, then I keep adding shampoo and water until the brushes run the water clean :)

      I am pretty sure for the eyeliner doing several coats would work best. You will definatly want regular eyeliner, like the stick kind, not the wet kind. As for the eyeshadow, get a great brush with a tilted edge. As I said before though, put on different coats.

      well for the face you have to put acene cream on to get rid of zits (if you have any) but then you have to get like makeup that matches your face and then a pink blush to give a rosy color and then you should get a eye color that looks good with your eyes!.......most of them wear fake eyelashes but if you put lots of mascara on then that works aswell then you have to get a lipgloss thats bright and glossy!!

      for hair it's kinda "instyle" to straighten it even if you hair is straight it still helps i do it with mine! but then they usually have it laired and highlighted and honey you'll look fabulous!!!

      After you film them, if you want to edit them you can either use imovie (for macs) or Windows Movie Maker (for Windows). They both come with your computer depending on what kind you have. Then you can save it to your computer, and upload it to YouTube! :)

      If you want to add annotations, you have to do it after you've uploaded the video. Then, you go to your videos and you click on the video you want to add them to. Above the video, you click add annotations and then they'll give you directions from there.

      Eye catching titles? The best titles are just what the video is.
      "Makeup Collection and Storage"
      "Room Tour"
      "Gold Makeup Tutorial"'

      This way, viewers know exactly what they're going to be watching. If you want a lot of views, you need to upload consistantly and be yourself. No fake "juicystar07" stuff. But it really doesn't matter how many views you get, as long as you're having fun with the ones you do have :)

False Advertising Claims Ftc

Fat burner supplements are advertised everywhere these days - on the internet, in magazines and even on TV. The ads almost always feature a very lean fitness model or bodybuilder and claim that these products, usually pills, are the secret to their six pack abs and very low body fat levels. Some of these ads suggest that the only way to get as lean as the "hot bodies" you see pictured is by taking their "miracle pills" and that proper nutrition and exercise alone is not enough.

While I won't dismiss the fact that there are ingredients in some fat "burner" products that might help a little bit, I take great displeasure in seeing misleading advertising claims as well as the misleading use of models who are often paid to endorse the product even though they may never have even used it (they're just models!)

Many "fat burner" companies have been sued by the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising, false claims and falsifying before and after photos.

The best you get is a slight thermogenic effect and possibly some slight appetite suppression. A few products might work through other mechanisms like improving thyroid, but if you forgive me the generalization, I consider the effects of all these "fat burner" products to be minutia.

In one of my previous newsletters, I said that in my opinion, 97% of your results come from nutrition and training and maybe you get an extra 3% advantage from supplements. Just so you know those numbers aren't something I pulled out of thin air, here's an example:

I have reviewed scientific data that EGCG, the active ingredient in green tea extract, if consumed in enough quantity, could increase thermogenesis / metabolic rate by an average of about 75 calories in 24 hours. Since ephedrine was taken off the market, green tea extract appears in many ephedra-free formulas these days. What is a typical calorie expenditure for an active male in 24 hours? lets say 2700 calories per day. 75/2700 = 2.7%.

That little extra doesnt hurt, especially when it's delivered in a healthful package such as green tea (rather than central nervous system stimulants), but it's minutia in the bigger picture. Another way to put this into perspective is to make a list of what other things would burn 75 calories (for 150 lb person:)

* walk your dog for 15 minutes * walk for 5 minutes at normal casual pace three times a day * 30 minutes of ironing * bagging leaves and grass clippings for 14 minutes * re arrange your furniture for 10 minutes * wash your car, 15 minutes * vacuuming for 15 minutes *7.2 minutes of walking up stairs (could be spread throughout the day)

Of course, some people are probably wondering, "Why exert yourself if you could take a pill and your metabolism increases while you sit and watch TV?"

Here's what any good personal trainer will always tell you: No amount of calorie restriction or pill-popping will ever give you FITNESS. It will never give you STRENGTH. It will never get you MUSCULARITY. It will never give you FUNCTIONALITY. At best it will help you reduce your body mass.
And how about for your health? A body that's not moved rots away. Unlike a car which only has so many miles on it and wears out from over-use, people are the only "machines" on earth that fall apart from under-use.

On one hand, I'm tempted to say that everything counts and that yes, 75 calories here and 75 calories there, it ALL adds up, because it does. After you're exercising regularly and all your fundamentals are in place, details and little things do matter.

I'm simply asking you to put the benefits of any fat burners in proper perspective and realize that (1) there is no "need" for taking them and (2) the claims made in the ads are often erroneous or exaggerated.

My advice on fat burners:

1. NEVER buy a fat burner unless you get independent verification of the claims made for the product.

How do you know they really work? Are you seriously going to take the advertisers word for it? Are you going to take someone else's testimonial as fact? Get verification for yourself by going to the pub med data base and looking for the primary research.

2. Put it in perspective

With those products that work, such as those providing a small thermogenic effect, put that in perspective as compared to how easily you could burn that many calories with even light exercise like walking or housework. Keep in mind the additional fitness and strength benefits you will obtain from exercise as opposed to doing nothing and popping a pill.

3. See if there are any side effects or health warnings.

With all supplements and especially with prohormones or stronger thermogenics like the ephedrine and caffeine stack, (if you still have access to them), understand the risk to benefit ratio, and be certain you know the dangers and contraindications.

4. Read the label and see if the product contains enough active ingredient to even work.

A classic scam is when a "fat burner" advertisement quotes research that a certain inredient boosts metabolism, which might be true. What they may not tell you is that all the research with positive results used a large dosage of the ingredient, which might not be cheap. So the supplement company includes a "pinch" or "light dusting" of that ingredient just so they can say it's in the bottle, even though it's nothing more than "label decoration." Then they have the audacity to invoke the research studies in their advertisements when the amount of the ingredient in their product is no where near what was used in the research!

5. Beware of the proprietary blend scam.

Some companies don't let you see how much ingredient is in the product formula, because it contains multiple ingredients and they say their formula is a "trade secret" aka "proprietary", so they list what is in the product but not how much. Well, if you don't know how much is in there then how are you supposed to know whether it contains the proper dosage? (answer: you don't!)

6. Make sure there is human research, not just rodent research.

In many cases, advertisements cite studies on rats and mice as "proof" under the assumption that the product will produce the same results in humans. Animal research is an important part of the scientific method, as it is often used to help find areas of research where human study should be pursued, or in the other direction, to trace back the mechanism that makes something work. However, for obesity research in particular, a positive finding in rats does not mean the same thing will happen in humans.

7. Look for more than one human study.

Consider trying a supplement after it has human research that has been replicated by different research groups which are not industry-sponsored. My policy is that I will usually only give a "buy" rating to a supplement when a product has an initial well-designed human controlled trial published and then similar research has been replicated by another research group that is not supplement-industry funded. Actually, I think it's a good thing that nutrition and supplement companies fund and sponsor some of the research. They should. They should not only back up their claims with published clinical trials, they should share some of the cost of this expensive research.

However, a basic principle of the scientific method is replication. Other researchers should be able to duplicate the findings. Therefore, while the funding source does not necessarily prove bias, if there is only one study available on a supplement and it is company or industry sponsored, I usually take it with a grain of salt and put an asterisk next to it while I wait for confirmation from another study. (You might be surprised at how infrequently this type of confirmation occurs).

Do you really need "more" than nutrition and exercise?

Now, when you weigh the fact that even the products with research backing them only help a little, with the fact that many of the ads lie to you about research, exaggerate claims and hide vital information about ingredients, and with the fact that you can do a few more minutes of exercise per day and get the same results for free, how enthusiastic are you about fat burners? Yeah, that's why I'm not real excited about them either and based on the fact that I use no drugs and no "fat burner" supplements and I compete in bodybuilding - very successfully - I'd say that the assertion, "it takes more than nutrition and exercise to get six pack abs" is patently false.

How To Look Younger With Makeup 2009

If you have ever had professional photos taken which included a makeover first, you probably were shocked at how good they made you look, then had a better understanding of how easy it is to make an aging face look younger with a good professional makeup job.

However that's pretty unrealistic on a day-to-day basis because people don't have the time to spend to get that sort of result.

The only way other than surgery, laser treatment or injections is to improve the internal structure of your skin so it is stronger and more elasticized, and the only way to do that I'm aware of is to build collagen and elastin levels in your dermal structural tissue layer.

Just in case you don't understand what happens to your skins structure as you get older and it gets more damaged by environmental exposure particularly the suns UV rays, let's briefly cover it.

Once you go past 25 years old the amount of collagen and elastin protein cells produced by your body reduces by approximately 1.5% per year. Therefore by 50 years of age you will produce nearly 40% less of these proteins than you were able to 25 years ago.

When you take this into consideration along with the free radical oxidation damage caused mainly by sun and the depletion of your hyaluronic acid levels, you can understand why your skin gets damaged, dries out and becomes wrinkled.

Some skin cream manufacturers in their advertising make the assumption that we are all dumb enough to believe that if we apply one of their super duper almost magical antiaging creams our wrinkles will all of a sudden disappear overnight and our skin will look as youthful as it did when we were 25 years old.

I mean... do they really think we are all that naive?

There are no miracle anti-aging collagen creams that can make your aging face look younger. However on the other hand a natural anti-wrinkle cream, which includes ingredients, that are able to stimulate new collagen and elastin growth in your dermis structural layer can contribute to making your skin stronger, thicker and more elasticized.

By doing this you can reduce wrinkles -- by how much is impossible to predict as each individual will get different results which can only be answered once you have used these ingredients for a few weeks at least.

I have been using collagen and elastin boosting ingredients for nearly 12 months now and have experienced about a 20% reduction in my deep facial wrinkles and nearer a 40% reduction in the puffy saggy bags under my eyes.

Based on my experience to date -- my thinking now is that you can make your aging face look younger but only up to a certain extent, and you have to keep doing it on a continual basis otherwise your skin will quickly revert back to where it was before you started.

Don't believe all the garbage these slick advertising gurus shove down your throat on a day-to-day basis about how miraculous their anti-aging products are -- because most of them are not very effective at all.
